I love Chick-fil-A! I like how fresh there chicken is, fried but not dry. This location is amazing on how they have a crew that keeps such a busy location moving along. We stopped in at the peak of lunch hour and there were dozens of cars in the drive through. I was sure it was going to take forever but it moved rather quickly. They have people taking orders walking along the cars and when you get to the other side they are handing out food. For such a busy time I think we were there less than 10 minutes from start to finish when I expected much longer time.

I get everyone is short staffed. I get lunch time is one of the busiest times. However, no matter what time you go, drive through is given priority over mobile orders. We order in advance so we don’t have to sit there 30 mins waiting for food, but we wind up waiting forever anyway. Dedicate 1 lane or a person to mobile orders only. It doesn’t matter if you choose to do curbside or get in line, it’s a nightmare with an extra long wait. What’s the point of ordering ahead if we have to wait twice as long as people who didn’t? Last week , we sat in curbside 20 mins before our order was brought out.Finally had to chase someone down to find out what was taking so long. Of course all you get is “I’m sorry, I don’t know”. If we get in the drive through to pick up, it takes even longer cause they’ve taken it to the wrong car or didn’t have it ready yet. Get it together.

Chick fil A is ALWAYS a good choice whether you dine in or go through drive through. Staff are ALWAYS courteous!!! Quick service. I went through drive through.i got the grilled chicken club with American cheese, waffle fries and sweet Tea. Had to get a brownie for dessert!!! Food is AWESOME!!!!!!!

I picked up door dash the Hickory Chick-fil-A's are all superbly efficient! Quick and fast even with a line around the building every time and the staff always friendly! Can always count on timely service and proper staffing.

I was in a hurry today but I hope the girl who brought out my order didn’t get in trouble. She brought it out to the only red crossover (me) as the receipt on my wrong order said, but the contents were wrong. I think whoever labeled the bag switched the cars on accident. Overall no big deal

8pc nugget was given a 4 piece with little crumbs. Sandwiches were soggy like they were sitting under a heat lamp in the bags. Fries were large but got enough for barely a medium. I had three people looking at me crazy at the window when I asked for more than 3 chick sauces. The stench coming out of the window smelled like they havent cleaned out the trash from inside for weeks. Just sad customer service and won't be going back to that location.

This place is awesome!! We eat here all the time. It’s always crowded but they move customers through there so fast, it’s unreal. I’ll tell you how fast they are; my daughter and I went inside to eat. We ordered our food and before the young lady could fill up 2 drinks the young man (Wesley) was walking around the dining area looking for us with our food. That’s fast!!! Gotta give props to Wesley, that dude was all about prompt service. Job well done. Always clean inside. Highly recommend stopping here. I will add this, traffic can be congested at times. Be careful pulling out. Look twice.

They really have a good system of getting vehicles through the busy times. Food is excellent and hot. Lemonade is fantastic, I go out of my way just for the lemonade.
