Taco Bell

Good service. Everyone is very nice and polite.My heart breaks because I know they are closing earlier because of the lack of employees and I know is not their fault. I hope this Taco Bell is blessed. And everyone working there deserves a raise. I also saw someone review and say they are lazy workers and they close early but I hope that person understands just a little how over worked these employees are and they are trying their best. Thank you Guys I applaud you. Hats off.

Horrible customer service in the drive through, the guy had a rude actitud, i was asking for a number 6 , but instead of chicken I wanted beef and a regular pepsi. First he said welcome and I was just opening the window to say hi and order and he said Sir with an actitud, i don’t how he knew i was a sir and why the actitud, and then continued to messed up the order an asking and an again , i ask if he could not listen to me , and he replied that he was not asking for the chalupa he was asking for the drink, well it did not made any sense because i asking for just a regular pepsy, but he would not let me explained so I end up leaving without finishing the order, and there was another lady asking if I wanted beef but in spanish, and i could also speak spanish if he was not understanding in english, but his actitud was rude as it can be. Never buying here again.

This is the worst taco bell ever. I asked for beans instead of beef because i don’t eat meat and they still put meat in my taco!!! I asked for no sour cream and guess what.. they still put sour cream of course. On top of taking 20 minutes just to get my order out. How hard is it to take down someone’s order properly… there supposed to be trained for that but I guess not. I rather drive 10 minutes out to go to another taco bell because there incompetent at this one. Never again.
