This review is for the location's cake baker/decorator. I placed an online order for an ice cream cake with color modifications for a luau themed birthday cake for my mom. I had bought my own topper/decorations for the cake. When I picked it up the cake exceeded my expectations. It was beautiful. The whipped icing, ice cream, and cake were delicious. My mom loved her birthday cake!

After waiting at the drive thru menu waiting to place my order I decided to go to the window only to be met by a rude young lady telling me I needed to go back around and order at the menu . This was even after I told her all I wanted was 1 milkshake . Needless to say I didn’t go back thru because I was more afraid of my attitude towards her if I was to face her again at the window. Not sure who manages this store but might be a good idea to look into whose running your store because I will drive all the way to Smyrna next time before going back to this location due to the rudeness and lack of communication some of these employees have.

They were out of everything. I ordered a icing on the cake milkshake and my sister ordered oreo because they didn't have chocolate. I gave three stars because hers was actually good. The window had fingerprints and you could tell the inside was nasty. They had staff I don't understand why it was like that.

Third time we’ve tried to come by here since moving to the area in August 2020. This time we tried to use the drive thru about 7:30pm (online said open until 8pm and lights were still on). Waited about five minutes with no response, drove around and saw people inside. I was going to pull ahead, park and go inside but then a young girl opened the window and said they were closed. My response was, “oh I’m sorry, online it says you guys are open until 8” to which she huffed and decided to point at the sign on the window with new hours without saying anything. Not wanting to get into a debate about it, I started to pull away at which point I heard her mutter an explicit word. This was it for me. Every experience has been subpar or disappointing. Marketing should probably update the hours online and management should work on training in customer service.
