Buffalo Wild Wings

There was a lot to make this visit bad, but I think the picture is the worst part. The service really wasn’t great, the server was very short and was rarely seen. My friend received bone in wings when they asked for boneless, which is no big deal, the server took it back to the kitchen, but immediately came back out with the boneless wings pictured. They were all breading and clearly had been sitting under the lamps for a good minute, until someone threw a handful of Buffalo dry rub on them and sent them out. These were clearly unservable. I’m in food service, and I have no idea how anyone felt comfortable sending them to a table,.

Because the pandemic they are super short staffed. The food was AWESOME and all the servers were great! Our server especially was wonderful. Very attentive but very busy. She still did a great job. Give them some grace, patience and kindness if you're there. They are doing their best and this is a frustrating time for servers. Food was the best I've had in years!

This is the worst BWW in the Nashville area. I Will not return or wouldn’t recommend them. I was told to go orders would be a 45min wait,so decided to dine in. To my surprise the place wasn’t packed, so why so long for to go orders. They claimed to be out of fried pickles and onion rings on a Saturday. When my wings arrived they were cold. And it was a unpleasant smell in the air. Look at my wings, I believe these were old. The wings on the left are Buffalo and the ones on the right are Parmesan garlic. Look at the color of these wings

My waitress was awesome, but I found hair that wasn't hers in my chip and queso. We attempted to order two drinks that were on the menu, but they couldn't make because they didn't have the ingredients. Our lemon pepper and mild wings were good but our fries were cold. The manager came over and just 😶smiled it off. We came home and all felt sick 😷, we will not be returning. I hate that cause between 3adults and a child we spent $100 dollars 😠.

This might be a great place to go and sit and watch a game, but they are not the place to go for carryout or delivery. Ordered from them about 6 months ago and food was cold and not very good. However, thought I would give them a second chance for a game day get together. Ordered a wings bundle for delivery through their site. They forgot a side item. When I tried to call no one picked up - four times. So, I had to drive over to get the side items for the get together, which defeated the purpose of the delivery charge and fees I paid, and they were unapologetic and did nothing to try and make it right or compensate me for the lost delivery charges or the inconvenience. Would not recommend for any kind of carry out or delivery.

From the aspect of someone actually eating at the restaurant: our waitress was too preoccupied with her at home matters (this I can definitely understand and I feel sorry for her and I feel like she was forced to work), and the management seemed very rude. From Doordash: Ordered a burger from “Wild Burger” in our area because it looked interesting. Turns out it is just the dry and flavorless bs from Buffalo Wild Wings. I don’t know how they are able to operate as two separate companies from the same restaurant, but if I were you, I would definitely eat elsewhere. If I could I would give a -10/0. Save your money and go elsewhere.

The Manager (KARA) at this location should be training people in the food business all over the world‼️ She is something like a superhero making it look so easy.Addressing and fixing issues with excellent professionalism and compassion. This is how it should be done ✅. A big shout out to KARA at the BWW in Hermitage You are the GREATEST‼️
