Usually a great spot for fast food at decent prices. Rare to have issues of any sort. Food generally always right. Employees are nice, informative, fast and friendly. I generally don't like sonic, I find their food to be too greasy... But this store seems to be different

I've eaten a many different Sonic locations but I consider this location to be the best of them all. The food is good if not better than any other Sonic location. It's the car hops that make the difference here, very friendly. Especially cindy, she's super nice!

We went to park & eat at the Mt Juliet location, sat in our car 15 min. after pushing the button, and finally, a lady came on to tell us no parking - it was closed. So, we drove to the takeout to ask for our 2 drinks, but the woman wouldn't come to the window after seeing us there. Then after 5 mi pass, she opened the window & told us we had to go back to the end of the line because by then, people were behind us. She told us to move our car to the back or leave. We had been there for 30 min total and she ignored us for all but two. Drove to Hermitage, just as rude there twice! We won't be going to any more locations for good. They hire nasty and lazy employees. Why spend money where you are not wanted and treated so poorly?

Seriously done coming to this location. I would rather drive to Donelson or Mt. Juliet to get decent service. Went into three different stalls all of which were not working. Had to circle the building to find a stall. Every other stall was taken by other customers and three were taken by employee cars. Meanwhile the actual employee parking was empty. Then while ordering the guy kept telling me "Yea it cut out I can't hear you." Then when it was time to pay the screen is blank and I had to wait for our server to arrive which took over 30 minutes and we only ordered 3 shakes. Once the server did arrive she acted like we were impeding her smoke break and blamed me for going to a stall that doesn't work. She left to use another stall to use my card and ended up having to go to two different stalls before being able to process my payment. When she returned she said "Here!" and kind of shoved my card/receipt at me and took off. A few minutes go by and we see another server come to the stall next to us at a WORKING stall and stand for a smoke break. I'm done.

Nice staff, but not well kept at all. Half of the stalls have been broken for YEARS. Instead of fixing them they just put hand written paper on the menu to notify you why they are out of order. It’s ridiculous that they have not been fixed in years.

I got my drink really fast but couldn't use my app for the order ahead discount in my slushie. That's my only complaint.

Sonic has not been as good as it used to be unfortunately and it saddens me because it used to be one of my favorites places to take people for drinks and ice cream

Everything I order is always fresh and delicious. My only complaint is that tipping can be an issue for me because I don't carry cash. Please add to your pay with card system a place for a tip. I always tip and I will have to stop coming by if I don't have cash. Thank you for the wonderful service and great food.
