Kfc

This place look beautiful in the inside but there was this one work working and I was looking when he was Taking the chicken he drop all the chicken and I order a bucket of chicken Don't know if he put some of the chicken that fell in the ground cause he was the one who I guess was in charge with my order and when I got my Order . I saw all my chicken it look like all of it came from the From the floor And it look like a mess he didn't even wash his hand please go to other KFC that at least are clean

Worst KFC experience ever. I have been to many KFC's over the years and this KFC is by far the worst KFC that I have visited. I ordered a Drumstick & Thigh 2 piece combo and I don't know what the piece that I received that was supposed to be a thigh was but it looked like no thigh that I have seen before (not to mention that the biscuit that came with the meal was undercooked). When I asked the manager what this piece was, she was rude and dismissive. Far from being the customer is always right, in this case the customer is not worthy of any consideration. Rather than trying to satisfy my complaint, I was told that I "did not know what I was talking about". I hope that this is not indicative of KFC's managerial training and quality control but is limited to a particular KFC location. Although I will continue to visit KFC at other locations, I will never visit the KFC at Dabney Drive in Henderson, NC, ever again. I don't need to pay for poor quality food and rude service.

Dabney Drive KFC are very rude, they see you standing at the front counter, they ignore you. Then when someone finally takes your order they take forever and then it's not up to par. Drive thru is a joke. The staff talk rudely and act like they don't want to be there but that's fine because I don't either after this. WILL NOT BE BACK.
