First I want to say I love their food. However, their service needs a lot of work. I have been dining here for a little over a year. I took a six month sabbatical because of the service. I recently visited last week and waited at the counter for over 7 minutes for someone to come up and take my order. The wait to receive my food has always been an issue as well. The food that comes out of this place is amazing. It is very tasty. But the owner should focus improving customer service and marketing his restaurant. But the food is great!! A true "catch 22".

I paid $15 for 2 plates that informed 4 extremely small chicken wings and soggy cheese fries. First, the girl at the counter couldn't count change when I told her I would give her the $0.67 so she could just give me $5 back. We also had an entire discussion about one order having the fries all the way and the other with no bacon. When I picked up the food there was only chili and cheese on the fries, no other ingredients. When I asked they told me they don't do loaded fries but I had a picture from the gams restaurant showing loaded fries. I have a picture, but I'm not sure how to post it here. Extremely disappointed because I used to eat at Tastee Freeze/Carver's all the time and this is a disgrace. On top of everything else, the restaurant looks like a hole in the wall, a very unattentive staff who are also rude. 👎👎👎
