Red Robin serves the best burgers! This location is conveniently located inside the Galleria Mall . We have been coming to Red Robin for years and the food was always consistent. We always order a Mushroom Swiss burger with bottomless Fries and Peppercorn burger. Those are our favorite ones. But this time we had their “Serious meat pizza 🍕 “ and it was fresh baked and delicious 😋. We like it extra crispy which brings out the flavors even more. We were pleasantly surprised how delicious their pizza tasted. Definitely recommend it! Overall: The food was outstanding. Always delicious and juicy burgers or pizzas. Service was attentive and friendly. We felt welcomed and appreciated! The restaurant is beautifully decorated and clean. The atmosphere is very inviting. Great food, great service as always. Highly recommended!

The service at this location is incredible, they really do go above and beyond but tonight I can say my experience was especially good. I have a Gluten allergy and unknowingly put in an order that featured an ingredient that is not gluten free, the staff in the kitchen noticed it and made me a new burger even issuing me a refund for the original even though it was my mistake. Top tier service! Not to mention the manager Ryan who went above and beyond to ensure that our experience was exceptional. This is the kind of staff that makes your regular chain restaurant into something special!

Worked back to back 16 hour days and couldn't wait to get to RR for their steak fries with poppy seed honey mustard! My friend got the 4 cheese melt with bottomless garlic fries and I got a bowl of french onion soup with a root beer float. Service was great and the only reason for the 4 stars (this particular visit would've been a 2 or 3 but overall RR is usually a 4 or 5)...our waitress was very nice and cheery. Food got here in a timely manner, however, the very first thing I noticed was the cheese on my soup was burnt...not even a lil...like the majority of the top. I smell it...and sure enough, smells burnt too. I look over to my friend's food and the bread on his sandwich was burnt too...and the cheese melted on top was extra dry. Ugggh. My float was great but then again how can u mess up a root beer float?? My friend was not offered another soda despite his empty glass at the edge of the table. (We were asked if we wanted more water a couple times) All in all...not satisfied with this visit...we usually don't have any complaints...We'll be back but I'd like to see burnt food discarded and nicely presented food brought out as usual. RR has great burgers and my usual fav is the fish n chips. Bad food once in 50 visits aint too bad.

I can't say enough good things about the manager Ryan. My 9 year old son left his new pair of shoes there and we didn't realize it until we were packing up to go back home. When I called it was after hours and Ryan picked up, he found the shoes and offered to bring them to our hotel 20 min away! This man took time out of his evening to help us out and wouldn't even accept $ for gas! This man deserves a raise, good things will come your way Ryan! Also, our dinner was great and service was top notch. We will definitely come back next time we are here!
