Went inside to use the restroom and order. The restroom was very clean and nice. The inside of the restaurant was new and bright. The staff was very quick and left me with a smile. I don’t often go to McDonald’s, but this location was very, very nice.

Five star service inside at the counter today, I didn't get the fellas name who took our order, it was @noon Tuesday 23 May 2023. Guy was super nice. It's pleasant greeting counter personel that do an outstanding job. Food was 4.5 out of 5. Better service and food than the McDonald's by my place rosehill and Tomball yea main street location. Hempstead McDonald's is superior!

They always do such a great job at this location when we visit. Order has never been incorrect, food is always hot, the workers are friendly. I couldn’t ask for more when going out for fast food. Thank y’all for working so hard! 💜

Food was alright but I would like to personally apologize to the girl I screamed “You’re hot” at today, I was just trying to be sweet. I think she got a little embarrassed or ashamed and shut the window quickly, if you know her convey this to her if you can.

Just ate here yesterday and all 4 of my kids an myself are now sick vomiting an everything from food poisoning. This is the second attempt at eating at this location. The first time I received a raw burger. Now I’m dealing with 4 small kids fighting over the toilet an throwing up.

Always good when I go there. All though I usually go during lunch and notice Ms.Tomeka is there when I go. Most of the time I get my food pretty fast.

The order and service was very fast. Order took a while cause of a customer in the drive thru. Not their fault. Busquit wasn't co.pletely done. Overall, good.

Attended a meeting here. I'm not a steak eater but since I was at a steakhouse, I indulged in a medium-rare steak. It was seasoned just right and it was delicious.
