Placed my order online, picked it up and when I got home they had messed up 2 of the sandwiches. One of them was for my 10 yr old son and he was very upset.I called to speak to someone and he said bring them back so we can fix them, I said if I go back I just want a refund, not for them to be remade, so he put me on hold for over 15 min so I gave up and just hung up. Won't be going back and definitely will not recomend them to anyone. Had to go somewhere else and get my son another meal.

So Tonight we ordered online. I got a steak and Cheese. They gave it to me to eat ice cold. They didn't put my request on properly. I couldn't do anything about it because I was on my way out of town this is why we ordered on the go. Not to mention we called 3 times to make sure that location was open. Finally someone picked up.
