after reading everyone's complaint , I must say the Latina/Hispanic young lady that works during the day on weekdays , she has a very strong accent from either Argentina or Peru, She is very rude always rushing customers, on her phone dealing with personal conversations. last week I just went in to get some snacks, paid with 2 five dollar bills and because she was on the phone , she was giving me 75 cent back change for a soda , a bag of chips and a pastry. I immediately told her I had given her $10 and she just open the cash registrar and gave me the rest of my change. She looks too hipper and rushing customer , If she is not happy at her job she shouldn't be there.

IF I could give this location negative stars I would! The staff is rude and there is an old Hispanic man working there now. He is so slow and does NOT know what he’s doing! I can’t understand a word he’s saying and he barley understands ENGLIS! Honestly, He needs to be let go. The overwhelming problem IS the staff. They are always on their phones!!! The rudest person is a skinny unattractive mexican girl with long hair, she usually keeps up. She’s always yelling and rushing customers. She’s so rude that we stopped going to this location. 7-11before you hire staff, please make sure they can speak and understand English. It’s not too much to ask. I would also suggest that you hire secret shoppers so you can witness the rudeness of your staff. 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

A Hispanic girl probably in her early twenties was so very rude to me! I was just trying to explain her that I had a scratcher to turn in and I wanted to get another scratcher. Apparently because I said Lottery and scratcher she got really frustrated that I wasn't telling her which one I wanted. I really couldn't understand her behind her mask and she was yelling at me. I have contacted corporate and plan to follow up on this. People should not act like that especially in a customer service position.

There is only 1 person I have had a pleasant experience with and it was the younger Hispanic male that has the motorcycle. Every other person has been either rude or simply couldn’t understand simple English. Not sure how when someone asks for the merchandise they purchased that the cashier wouldn’t give me or when I asked for the straws for the drinks that were already paid for and he didn’t want to give me 3 he wanted to give me 1 straw for 3 cups. Not sure if it was because he was being rude, didn’t know how to count, or simply didn’t get the proper training. Disappointed. Won’t return to this location. I rather go to the chevron up the street then to this location again.
