Taco Bell

Day staff is friendly but the food preparation is awful (picture below) I asked for no lettuce instead I basically got no meat, didn’t get any tomatoes but got all lettuce. I cat eat lettuce so I really just got giant Doritos chips for lunch instead of anything. Night staff has the best food preparation.

Ordered through the app so didn't have much interactions with the staff, but I was SOO excited to get the taco pizza a day early and had been looking forward to it for a while...only to get as what can be described as a mess. As you can see there was MINIMAL tomatoes, the beef is only on one side (and not much at all on it) they didn't even cut it so I had no way to properly eat this because they didn't provide any silverware. Let's just say expectations was severely let down 😭😭😭

Most their food has same ingredients and similar taste. It tasted good, but you know, it's Taco Bell fast food. I am critical of business restrooms and they had a clean restroom when I visited. Seems well maintained. FYI I do like Taco Bell food. This is a nice Taco Bell and it's more laid back because of location. 20.02.17

Terrible food its always cold and slimy never fresh and they reuse a lot of food which is absolutely gross and the place is always a mess even though its in a quiet and calming location none of the food is good besides the nacho fries but there are wayyyyyyyy better places to get those at like this is the only good food item thats on the menu sorta I believe its only limited which is garbage because half their limited things/stuff is all garbage.

Came to this location & ordered 3 items in which we substituted refried beans for beef. Our receipt read correctly, Although we came home- about 15 minutes away- only to find there was beef in our food. We are vegetarians. Obviously, unacceptable. We then, drove back, to then deal with a manager who was unaccommodating and unhelpful. He eventually gave us a gift card for the amount they messed up- but refused to remake our food, as “he already gave us a gift card “. As if anyone would be returning to your location. Poor customer service, and even worse management.

they’re so slow , there was only 4-5 people in the lobby and each order took 10 minutes each it seemed. you have workers standing around looking dumb as if they’re waiting to be told what to do! when they should already know ! i waited 10 minutes for 2 items just for my order to be made incorrectly! I come here frequently and always receive incorrect orders or the terrible employees forget my condiments. i’m truly annoyed and when i’m hungry i would like to eat and not be worried about what they messed up this time . management please step up and do better cause this is a reflection of y’all and so far i’m not impressed.
