Burger King

When this location opened it was one of the best Burger King operations I'd ever visited. It stayed that way for a year or two then it slowly went down hill. Recently, we placed an order through the app and picked it up in the drive through. The order was missing one burger and one fry which we did not realize until getting home so I had to drive back to the location. The person from the back that was making food (possibly a manager) was very nice and made the missing product quickly. While I appreciate his diligence in getting the food made, there was no since of concern from any of the employees, an apology goes a long way. Employees need to apologize (genuinely) then fix the problem. It is frustrating to have to return to a restaurant to get food that should have been included in the order in the first place. To add insult to injury, by the time I returned home, my meal was cold. In addition to having to go pick up missing food, the entire order was overall disappointing, all the food was lukewarm to the point that the cheese on the burgers was not melted. The whoppers were hastily assembled with globs of sauce in the middle of the burger and veggies falling off when opened, one even had a piece of the lettuce core or a very thick piece of lettuce in it. We used to go to this location quite often though stopped because our last experience was terrible. That order was a few months ago, it was an order placed through the app for delivery. The order was placed at 8:27pm and the delivery driver changed several times until the order was just cancelled at 9:49pm. I called the restaurant and an employee told me the order was large (only $50) and they "freaked out" because they were about to close and didn't know what to do. It is understandable with the labor market the way it is that staffing is short and maybe not the best talent however on the visit yesterday, there were at least five employees working and two of them seemed to be pretty seasoned.

(The Latin Critic) Was excited to try the new ch King sandwich# Burger king I heard that it supposedly beats the popeyes chicken sandwich. Well it does not in my opinion it was good but lacking flavor & was dry but to be fair I don't think they gave us the right one it didn't have pickles or the sauce everyone said is good it was just mayo & had lettuce/tomatoes the picture shows pickles & a kinda orange sauce...popeyes still wins hands down.the bun is definitely better & the sauce/pickles take it to the next level & chicken juicy but only if they make it fresh! It still #1

There should be a 0 star option this place would totally deserve it. I am sitting in the drive-through at 8 AM and this sign says they open at 7 but the employees are ignoring me and not answering answering at the window or at or at the speaker. what a waste of time, Not the 1st time this Burger King puts up the middle finger to their hours of operation

If I could give this place zero stars I would. There is ALWAYS something broken, understaffing, closings, literally any reason why they can’t serve you. Today my husband tried to get a burger and they said their grill was down?!? Literally you can’t serve a freaking burger at a burger place?!? You’ve lost our business for good.

This Burger King has improved significantly. The food comes out fast, and fresh. The Ch'king sandwiches are really good, with big, thick pieces of chicken. I also tried the Impossible whopper because I can't eat beef, and it was delicious! It tastes just like the original whopper. I'm very happy to have this Burger King so close to home.
