The Crew Lounge

Walked in and went to straight to their ATM for a little cash to spend at the bar. The machine malfunctioned and gave me $20 less than I was charged. Asked the bartender if they had any problems with the machine. She went and talked to a gentleman at the the other end of the bar. Came back with "it's not our machine". I wasn't looking for the money out of his pocket. Just reporting the problem. All they had to do is give me a little info on what to do next. Never going back. I can drink beer anywhere. Apparently, their customers mean very little to them.

A pretty basic bar, decent beer selection, good seating, and friendly staff. There are pool tables and video game cabinets to enjoy. However, the atmosphere is a little claustrophobic, and with there's not a lot of ventilation, so if too many people are smoking, it quickly gets stuffy. There are occasionally bands playing, and it gets too loud to hear other members of your party.

I use to love to go here, the food was great and the staff was incredible but now the last two times I have been here the food was awful, all of my favorites not the same such as buffalo chicken pizza. Now there is no buffalo sauce just chicken and cheese and it took forever 30 minutes and no apologies
