Mcdonald's

Slow slow slow service and rude. On the display it said to sign up for the rewards so I did while I was in line waiting. And there was an offer in the app for 1500 bonus points which clearly said PRESENT the code BEFORE ordering. But the lady said no it's after and kept telling me to "give her my order." How hard is it to simply type in the code? Like really? And she didn't even try to listen to what I was saying or telling her. Nor did she politely ask for my order... I'm a very patient person but if I'm simply trying to show you what it says to do why can't you be patient as well and take 5 seconds to read it? I walked away. I'll eat at one of the smaller food chains in the airport instead. And to be clear it was the manager that stepped in to take my flight. Not the other young lady taking orders. She seemed sweet as I listened to her take orders.

Just terrible. Staff were standing around and were insanely rude. I just wanted a large fry and an ice water and it turned into a whole thing. They were almost offended when I said I wanted an ice water. Wanted me to pay for a full price drink. That's a big no from me. Had to push, finally got it. When it came time for me to pick up my fry, half of the fries were on the counter. It's covid times and I have sanitary standards as most people do. They just scooped up the fries from the counter, put them back into the container then tried handing it to me. That's gross and I asked for a new one. The girl was so upset, pushed back hard, then huffed about it when going to grab a new one.

Was very busy when we went and the cashier / worker who was very kind and friendly helped me order a quick box of chicken nuggets for my son before a flight when I goofed and thought I ordered it the first time. You could see that it was somewhat of a stressful environment with the line growing and she was running around, but the whole time very polite, nice, and did her job amazingly. I never caught her name but thank you so much for helping us out! My son appreciated the nuggets. You had pretty purple hair!

Worst mccdonalds experience ever, got a big Mac meal with a coke, the Big Mac was broken in half the large fries were filled up half way and the “large Diet Coke” was a small coke because they didn’t have large cups. Still paid full price for it tho. L place, L service, L food, L everything about it.
