McDonald's is a great fast food establishment. The workers valiantly do their jobs to provide their customers with an experience that keeps them coming back. As a child, my family and I would come here on the weekends to dine in. Even in this Covid world we now live in, it's still nice to come by every now and then to get something for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Got my order all wrong. I also ordered a sweet Tea and a cold coffee. The lady took off my sweet Tea and coffee. I asked about them both and they said I didn't order the sweet Tea and they couldn't make the coffee because they had no ice.

Came up here for fries. Just fries. Literally they forgot i was in the drive thru. Paid at 8:10 pm, at 8:25 someone walks by and asks what I’m waiting on and tells me he’ll take care of it. I finally backed up at 8:30 to see what is going on. 20 minutes lost in the drive thru. And all while 3 employees stand outside the door talking. Lady at drive thru looks stunned. I ask what’s going on with my order and she looks back and yells you didn’t get him his fries? Can i get you an apple pie? How about a refund? She yells to the manager that I want a refund. He apologized and said i was cleared off his screen. Of course, they have to have fast times recorded for corporate. He needs my card and he’ll get me a refund and fries. He’ll even get me something to drink. He brings my card back and no fries. I’m done with mcdonalds.

Have to give props to the crew this evening. We brought in a bus load of starving high school students and orders were taken with a smile and fulfilled by three gentleman. Orders were right and they filled them quick as quick can be.

Not sure when fast food, became slow food, but if your in a rush best to go someplace else. It's mcdonald's so food tastes the same, nothing special about them other then they are super slow

Ordered inside kiosk to go and waited 20 minutes for fries, 20 piece nuggets. 3 drinks and 2 other. I suppose the drive thru comes first.

Can never get the order right, had to go in and show my a$$ from the drive through to get what we ordered, and then look at the fries...... Can ya at least fill them up? That's the last time I go here. I'll drive to Baxley if I want Macdonalds from now on
