The people who work there are rude. I was there today and I wanted to use the app for my rewards, but the lady who helped me told me the scanner didn’t work. When I asked her to about the numbers that were below the box, She told me she couldn’t enter them. When I paid and asked for my receipt, she told me it didn’t work. When I was putting my wallet in my purse, she was speaking Spanish to her co worker, guess she didn’t realize I understood what she said, but I did.

First time to Cinnabon that I can remember. Not really a pastry kind-of-guy but my friend had got one the day before and it looked good. I purchased one Cinnabon roll ate it then went back and got two more! I recommend unless you are trying to watch your weight...

I don't know what happened to Cinnabon, or if this Cinnabon is different from others, but the quality of the rolls and the frosting are outrageously poor. The cinnamon rolls seem to be half the size they were maybe 5 or so years ago, the frosting has no taste or if any taste, it's fake and tastes like shortening or fake butter. It's awful.
I can't give this Cinnabon more than 1 star. I'm never going back. Maybe I'll compare these rolls to another mall's Cinnabon. If all Cinnabons have changed, I'm out for good. And I'll be so sad!!! Cinnabon was my favorite stress treat. I guess it's time to start making homemade cinnamon rolls?

Bad customer service rolling her eyes and pocketing the tip jar. I asked for 3 mini bites and they got them from a cabinet above Where menu is God knows how long those where in there they put them in a micwave for litally 4 minutes cameout boiling hot

I just love and enjoy eating their Cinnabon when I get the chance! Especially when they feel warm and soft. Love the glaze that they put on!
