If I could give zero stars, I would. My husband and I’d first time eating here and I’d have to say the food is terrible. Under seasoned meat, and cold meat. The cheese was not even melted. When I told them, the reheated my sandwich with all my veggies also so everything was soggy. Worse place I’ve ever been.

Let me just say the food is good. However, the staff is incredible slow. They take their sweet time and there are at least 3 people working. It took 35 minutes for us to get our order of 3 sandwiches and french fries when they said it would take no longer than 5-10 minutes. Subway would never have us waiting this long and they usually have just one person working!

The food here is great. But that fact is overshadowed by how slow they are and the knowledge of their employees. They had five people working and it took them nearly twenty minutes to get through ten orders. It was so bad everyone else at my table already finished eating and I was still waiting for my food. One employee screwed up so much the manager had to pull him from the line and take over. Then the other employee screwed up and kept making too many sandwiches for the same order. Even I had to tell him the guy already left with his order.
Then it was my turn... The manager yelled at him again because I ordered a veggie delight and he wanted to use his spatulas from the meat to make mine.
I was so hungry that I got halfway through my sandwich before I remembered I forgot to take a photo of my food. The Blueberry Lemonade was okay, it wasn't great. The entire bottom of the cup was full of blueberries and every time I took a sip, I got a mouthful of blueberries.

At the moment it says open and you can order delivery or pickup but when I arrived at 3:17 to get my order on time the entire site is shut down saying for holidays but it let me pay and now cashapp won’t refund me until they are open to get in contact id like some help please an email to get in contact I’d be happy to edit and change to 5 stars as always cause I love charleys here

When the cook made my food , he dropped his knife instead of him getting a brand new one he countined making the food with knife that was on the floor that he had picked up on the floor that is a hazard , and so disgusting I’m never coming back to this place again. This place needs a brand new management and workers it’s as simple as that .

I wasn't looking for food specifically and I changed my mind just upon the smell of this little place at the food court here at Southland Mall, Hayward. Excellent customer service, food preparation and good presentation overall. If there are further bad reviews, it may be customers all in their feelings about the current construction going on. Go ahead and grab a delicious meal to go, eat in the parking lot or drive to Kennedy Park on Hesparian and enjoy yourself! I would tell you what I ate but I want to encourge y'all to write your own good review. This place is underrated!
