My wife made a mistake ordering online and had paid online when I got to the store and ask them to void the order so I could re order correctly they refused to void the order because she said it made them look bad. Well I will not use either subway in Hays any longer I guess a bad review for them is better then voiding an order in which an honest mistake was made and treating a customer poorly is how they do business.

I like the different Breads they have for you to choose from.

The general manager has bias opinions, she doesn’t like people that are different and makes sandwiches with too much dressing sauces, she also talks behind people’s backs while your in the store. The other staff are very respectful. All in all a good place besides the general manager.

The staff there made it a great visit. Even bought them cookies as a thank you for their service and got a few extra cookies for myself for fun

We placed our orders on line and paid for them online, when they were done we received a very rude phone call from the store staring that it was very unusual for us to order our food and not pick it up. The guy that answered the phone when I called didn't even know the address to the store he was working at. When we picked up our food the people were rude to us. SO VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! After we were halfway home I checked my sandwich, IT WASN'T HOW I ORDERED IT ONLINE.

This is the best subway in town. The staff is always friendly and the sandwiches are always made well. The other subways are never a consistent as this one.

My wife walked in to this subway as we were making our way to MO from Denver, Co. A woman named AD (we believe) made our delicious BMT.
