Imperial Express

Good service attention. Disliked the rice. The rice was almost white rice with no meat, one or two vegetables and no flavor at all. The meat (ordered peppersteak) had mild flavor and could mix it with the rice and eat it to not loose my money. My husband ordered the shrimps and rice but he couldn't eat it I tried his and it didn't have no flavor at all. Gave 2 stars just for the attention.

This gem is in such a strange spot- and you need to eat here. I love spicy food and asked our very friendly waitress (receipt said Ling, so thats what I'm going with!) to hurt me with spice on the general tso's, and while that never actually happens, they did a great job trying. Incredibly flavorful chicken- both my spiced up one and her honey chicken. Also asked if there were any sauces for the spring rolls, and Ling offered up spicy mustard which tastes like it was just mixed- wonderfully tingly with a hard kick! Would eat here over any other Chinese spot; hope to see them in a better location in the future!

Today we wanted to try something closer to home so we went here today. I had seen some of the reviews and wanted to give it a try . We were greeted, ordered food, and had waited over 45 minutes for our food. There were other people who ordered their food after us received their food before us and left. Some of them was pick up because they called in but some was not. Some of the other customers wondering why we were the only couple sitting there with no food when we order before some of the people who walked in and ordered food like we did. I understand that they were short on help but customer service is very important to me . After almost walking out and going somewhere else for food our food was finally ready. Their order system of knowing who ordered what is not up to standards. The up side is that the food was hot and very good but I didn't have a good experience there and will not go back.

This place is near to home. There are some dishes that are very good here, and some not so much. Pretty standard Chinese place. The staff is incredibly nice; my boys and I visit pretty regularly. Sometimes inconsistency does occur, but we always come back. I like their orange chicken with broccoli cooked in the dish. Hot and sour soup is really good.
