My family Live in Hasbrouck Heights going on 3yrs.I found my family one stop shop quick convenient ”7/11” VERY PLEASED with one employee in particular ISMAEL I met few months later,Ismael is kind genuine offers promotions non threatening honest ALSO always smiling & very helpful.Ismael smiles all day & upbeat.World is beautiful bad days or NOT Ismail don’t let his customers see sadness he’s to professional for it.Ismael greets every customer(Ismael & Linda has a +bond with many)even if the customers is mean he still keeps calm,amazing.Ismael & his new trainee Scott, Scott is becoming amazing Of course Ismael if training,has potential.Very hard worker,Ismael I trust 7/11 especially during this time! I thank Ismael & Scott.I go everyday once everyday lotto nicotine water etc.Ismael is optimistic always ready to help.My family miss his professionalism when he’s off.

I was craving a Sprite so I visited this shoddy 7-11 and boy did I leave disappointed. I went to go pour my drink and it was some cola. Devastated. I let em know. The guy behind the counter checked the situation and then gave up. He said something must be wrong with the machine. Probably won't be back.

Ismael started 2yrs ago when i relocated to Hasbrouck Heights Ismael has grown as an employee & outstanding visitor Ismael is always polite smiling very urgent when dealing with any customer.I visit Ismael location everyday from 7:30a.m - 11pm atleast 2 times a day 7 days a week, but Ismael was off for 2 days & the service was horrible good thing Scott the new employee who is being trained by Ismael is amazing.Scott is new but eager to learn i can see simply I’m a high frequent customer.Ismael smile laugh & comfort is contagious,he teaches me i teach him Ismael is an amazing leader i never had amazing customer service at ANY 7/11 but 423 route 17 Hasbrouck Heights 7/11 IS AMAZING.Cant forget the Sparkling female manager Linda.Through Covid-Ismael ,Lady Manager Linda & Scott has been for my family ESSENTIAL WORKERS.The only ones to not be shady & hide promos💕

Was on a phone call with someone while they were shopping, he got harassed and discriminated against and I heard it all. Rude employees that escalated a situation all because he didn't know snacks and drinks to get. Would give 0 stars if I could.

On god I will never come here again, okay maybe not on god but this place is disappointing and especially the employees, i’m saying this in the most respectful way possible, i’m not going to explain my situations that I experienced there but just know that it was absolutely dreadful.
