Horrible horrible horrible 😡. This place is a joke . They run out of milk at 10:00 am yesterday, no napkins no big straws. They told that they run out of milk after I already paid . But the worst is when I cone the next day to get my Coffe that I already paid for the day before the counter person had no shame of asking me for my receipt that they never gave you ( see picture of printed receipt that they never hand to Customers) instead of apologizing for what happened from the day before.lucky another experienced counter person intervened and resolved the issue and comped the rest of my order . sadly this place is very miss Managed and I looks that will be going out of business if they don’t clean up there act .

The Indian lady was so rude to me she threw my $5 back and told me to give me her another one. She said it was too dirty So I gave her a $10 And when I got my change back I gave her back a penny I told her it was too dirty Give me A shiny one What's wrong with this $5 bill. Money is dirty however you look at it Think about that

Excellent location; only a short walk from my apartment. I lowered my rating to 3 stars because lately the workers have been slipping in quality. I order ahead on the app (usually avocado toast with a beverage of some sort) and recently when I arrive they’ve only made 1 item out of the 2 I ordered. I had to tell them that there’s another item on the order. This has happened 3 times in the past month. It’s getting annoying. Please read the full order!

This is the 3rd time that I am aware of that I order my coffee ahead, I get oat milk with my coffee because I’m allergic to almonds; however, yesterday I see her pour the almond milk into my cup and proceed to hand it to me. I told her I ordered oat milk, her response with a smile on her face is that she gave me almond milk and it’s the same price. I hand her back the coffee and make her away I’m allergic to almonds and she proceeds to just laugh and mumble something while preparing my black coffee. She didn’t even offer to give me back the upcharge for the milk I didn’t get. There have been other times where I’ve at least been told when I pick it up that it’s almond milk instead of the oat, but never been reimbursed. At least they tell me and don’t assume but now I am sure this probably happens all the time and thankfully it’s not a significant enough amount to cause me any damage. RIDICULOUS to not consider allergies and assuming it’s the same…OAT MILK AND ALMOND MILK ARE NOT THE SAME!!!

Was very disappointed sign says open til 9pm I go up to door at 8:46pm and it’s locked I see worker inside I knock on door the worker waves his hand closed I point to my watch worker walks away there was still donuts in the case so it wasnt that they ran out of donuts they just closed 15mins early Not good business
