This place frustrates me. Poor quality control. The last 3 visits I’ve gotten a medium fry that was, at best, half filled. First two times I thought it was bad luck. But today was number 3 so I know now it’s the norm. See attached photo. Basically a small fry quantity in a medium fry container. Need to start checking the bag before driving off from now on.

I just went there around 12:30. I understand this is lunch time so they are so busy. Bad customer sevice. I got mobile oder and they just make one coffee and i show them mobile receipt they checked aand keep say you oder one coffee. Even i show the receipt they are not check and They are confusing each other and finally they made it another coffee but it looks bad . I oder same size bu
T looks differn and one with caramel cream and other is only whipcream mean i dont ask them to add it. I went so many different macdonal here is the worst. I will go other .

Charged me full price when using a deal, got the items wrong, AND didn’t remove ingredients I requested not to be on food! I saw the order correctly on the screen, next thing I know I get charged full price and the cashier didn’t even have the decency to tell me she had messed up. When I questioned the charge she tried to lie to my face saying that I wasn’t charged full price. I told them to let it be as they would prolly mess up the refund and who knows what else. Then turns out not all items were charged, and they didn’t even bother to get the ingredients right. Then when handing me the food doesn’t give me the drinks and the person is staring me like what? Wasn’t gonna leave a bad review but finding ingredients I didn’t ask for was the last straw. Only one manager (seemed Hispanic) that was in the front with the glasses and a grey shirt, was the only one that true to make amends. The other one blatantly charged me full price when making the order again AND didn’t type up the order correctly! Now I realize that’s why the ingredients were off. She had a white shirt on 2/2/22. HORRIBLE!!!! Will be leaving a McDonald’s surgery of this experience!!

Its was ok. Busy location off 17. I never understood why the busy locations have 2 rows to take order when its only 1 window to pay and pickup. Of course order wasn't ready and we had to wait at least 10-15 minutes in a designated parking until it was brought out. I realize 10 minutes is not long, however when you go to fast food you expect to order and be out in a few minutes once your turn.

There are NO words for this place!! Our pick up #296 was simple 2 hot apple pies & 2 mango drinks. Now, we appreciate McDonalds the fact that you order, we drop it because we think you deserve fresh motto however, when we are waiting long enough that the cars which were on the line we jumped off of (because we had ALREADY waited on long for SEVERAL minutes and thought it would be faster to go inside), empty out before we even ordered you should already KNOW you are in trouble!! We were waiting a total (between the two lines) of 30 minutes!! The staff member who helped us, looked like a "deer in the headlights" she gave us our order and we had to ask for a carry out tray which took an additional 8 minutes because she had a hard time figuring out how to build the box...omg!!
Moral of this story you can't ask Corporate to pay DECENT wages if you can't do DECENT work it's a hard NO fir me to sign onto to YOU asking for $15-20 an hour.. You guys have got to do better!!

I went through the drive-in on Route 17. Once you go to the drive-in there is no place to park to eat what you ordered so you have to drive it away and of course it's going to get cold. I don't know if they have any dine-in it did not look like it to me.

Food was not hot at all .Went thru the drive thru when I got up to the window to pick up they told me to wait in a parking space and it will be brought out to me.I waited 14 mins and when I got the food is was barely warm I was so disgusted between the time I waited on the line and them for the food which was $30 I left. I will never return to this location again it wasn't the first time I didn't recieve hot food.I figured being I waited for almost 15min the food should be hot at least.

Manager was ignoring everyone on the lobby and focus on drive tru orders litteary ignoring people that want it to paid in cash very poor customer service . Really upset I waited 30 just to paid in cash shift leader was with attitude like she didn't want to be at work . Everyone was in a bad mood worst experience ever never coming back to this location and I won't recommend to anybody.lobby was dirty no coordination so ever . Really really upset 😡
