lousy service they don't give you the complete order and not even the ones on the menu are the worst and it's already been twice that this really happens bueger king in other states it's good in this one it doesn't work

When I got to the restaurant to pick up my order (by pulling up to the drive thru window) the girl in the window refused to even come to the window and she went to get the manager to come talk to me. When he opened the window he asked if he could help me. I said I had a mobile order. He had no idea what I was talking about. He started going thru the order machine to indeed find my order. He read my order to me and I told him that I thought the 3 dollar whopper on the order was a coupon not ordering a whopper. He said 'No and you already paid for it so its up to you if we make it.' At this point he starts to tell me I need to pull up and park at the curb. I asked if they had even then asked if they had even started my order which was answered with 'no of course we didn't, I just told you that I just found it'. He was incredibly rude but knew I had already paid for my food and was not inclined to help or care. I ordered 15 minutes before getting here and have been sitting here for almost 10 minutes and still waiting.

Honestly, they seem to have a hard time keeping employees, which means wait times are longer in the drive thru. However, the food is hot & tasty and the employees I dealt with were very friendly & efficient!

I'm a door Dasher. And I have to say best experience at Burger King above and beyond! I believe there was only two employees in there and they just went out of their way to be kind even though they were running the restaurant themselves! You should be proud to say that you have them working for you

Hartwell used to have very good service now it's awful the past year the 3 times I've been here we've always ended up having to wait and hour in the drive thru and our food always ends up being cold

Its barely 10am and they told me "we are no longer serving breakfast" this place is a joke... filled with lazy people. This is not my first experience like this with the hartwell burgerking

Burger King in Hartwell is like my favorite place. The employees are friendly and my food is great. I can see they are short staffed, just like most places, but they really keep smiling and making hot delicious food

Waited 30 min on the food and by the time we got it it was ice cold and offered no compensation for the poor service .... do better bk
