Worst Little Caesars on the planet. Is zero stars possible. Had several poor experiences so this one broke the camel's back. Couldn't get them to answer phone after 20 minutes of trying. Walked in and ordered. Waited 10 minutes and order was incorrect. Manager Michelle offered to make it again while I wait 10 more minutes. I asked for discount and I'd keep the wrong pizza since I didn't have time to wait again. She said NO, she offered me the option to make a new one so that was it. She threw away the pizza she made! She was rude and thought this was a good solution. Ridiculous. I plan to contact corporate to find franchise owner.

Extremely fast service, very fresh food, and the most kind workers ever. Ever since they fired the old, lazy, drug-abusing, meth head managers and money stealing crew, everything seems to be going so much more smoother now!! I used to never order from this store because the old staff was just bitter, slow, and always served me OLD food. One lady rung my order up one night and I swear to god it sounded like she had a chainsaw in her throat. It scared my child so bad I had my wife take him to the car. I will definitely be coming back to this store all the time again!!

The contactless pickup definitely needs a lot of work. This is the second time I’ve tried it. First time, took over an hour for my order to be ready - person after person got pick up pizza while I waited (though I put in my order in ahead of time and came at the end of the estimated time frame). Now, I’ve put in my order and I’m coming up on an hr of waiting and counting. Lil Ceasars App estimated my order was supposed to be done 31 minutes ago. Really disappointing.

Come to this location because it's close, get here and see 5 people inside waiting for there food, in addition to 4 others standing outside. So thinking MAYBE it will start moving, NOPE!!! Moral of the story if you want to waste 25-30 minutes doing nothing come to this location! Not one person moved an inch since we were waiting there. Went to lawrenceburg and waited maybe 5 minutes if that. GET YOU SH💩IT TOGETHER HARRISON!

I tried to call place my order at 10 :15, got answer machine, so I got in my truck, drove from indiana , made it there at 10:45, they don't close till 11, they had door locked. I made them leave me in ordered stuff crust pizza. I knew when she brought it out they did not make it fresh, the boxes weren't even hot. I ordered1 stuff crust she brought out 2. We got home sure enough it was old pizza not fresh. It was cold and crust was hard. We eat these stuff crust pizzas and know what a fresh pizza is. Besides that as fast as she brought it out I knew they brought out something that had been sitting. I do not appreciate this at all. They owe us a fresh pizza
