Pizza Hut

Absolute waste of money. Only reason I bought it was because dominos is closed. I accidentally messed up the delivery address so I called to fix it, but I was stuck listening to their obnoxious holding music for 10 minutes. I hung up and called again, and waited another 10 minutes. Finally they ended up callling me and telling me I messed up my address, so I patiently told them the correct one. The food is hot, but that's the only good thing about it. The cinnamon sticks are chewy, the pizza tastes funky, and I ordered cheesy breadsticks, but instead got regular ones. On top of that, the boxes looked like they've been sat on. Horrible experience

Everything was terrific and the pizza was fantastic as well as the employees i interacted with. She was very welcoming and very professional as well as friendly and would absolutely recommend this Pizza Hut to anyone looking for a fantastic pizza and wonderful customer service. Thanks to everyone that made my experience at your restaurant a very pleasant experience and fantastic food served up with a smile. Keep up the great work and thanks so much for a terrific experience

Usually have a good experience here, but tonight is ridiculous. Food was left at the door on a wet door mat. Cigarette ash was found on top of the pizza boxes and around the edges inside. Drinks were also not dropped off. Tried contacting the store for the past hour only to get a busy signal after several rings. Corporate can’t help because it is a franchise. Very unfortunate experience because the food is usually great.

Terrible experience we ordered food around 10 pm and the store didn't close until midnight they accepted our order took the money and said it was being prepared and would be delivered to us we waited hours and never received our order here it is the next day and not so much as a phone call from them even after I emailed them with a complaint

The girl who was working at the Harrison, Ohio Pizza Hut on September 4 at 2 pm. Had several orders on the screen and she was working alone. She was still friendly, and had my order coming out of the oven when I walked in. She was obviously overwhelmed but pleasant and smiling and covering it up very well. The order was correct and delicious. I hope they value this employee.
