Before going for a hike near Stillhouse Hollow, I stopped here for a lunch on the go. I ordered a tuna sandwich, chips, and a cookie. The sandwich was tasty, bread was good, and the employees were friendly. I'll definitely be back again in the future.

So. I went in today. Three people in the store. Like I’m the dining area. It took three people to make one sandwich and they have an employee who is scared to touch anything and looks like he is about to fall apart any minute. I spent an entire lunch period waiting for them to get the line together. The person who was last in line when I arrived still had not gotten their order when I left. Do better

Oh boy, where do I start? I have too many complaints about this specific joint. First, the young man behind the counter was trying desperately to get me to order more meat for an increased price. We said no. Then, the young man at the counter asked me if I wanted a drink. My wife and I asked for water cups, only to be asked, "Oh, you want the free stuff?" We said we did not want any soda. He then said that they give us water cups but that people can get whatever they want from the fountain. He again reiterated that we were getting the free stuff. I made it clear that we were not going to get anything other than water and that we were not going to cheat him or the store out of anything. He then said, "Oh, you can get whatever you want, I don't care. This is not my store anyway." I did not want to make a scene and just walked away after our sandwiches were given to us. In addition, this young man was criticizing a man who went through the drive-thru, telling me that he was lazy for not wanting to 'take three steps to walk into the store." I don't know who hired or supervises this young man, but I suspect that this restaurant will lose clients like they lost me this day. If someone in management wishes to reach out to me, I will happily tell them the name of this young man, who I hope finds a job he really enjoys and takes seriously. Subway has had a good reputation in my experience. I have met many franchisee owners who keep their store clean and are involved on the day to day operations of their restaurant. I don't know what happened here. Save yourself sarcasm and unnecessary comments from someone who should not be behind this counter.

Came in to grab a quick sandwich. There was already several people waiting. No workers around anywhere. But we can all hear people talking in the back. Finally after more than 10 mins someone comes out from the back doesn’t say anything to anyone and starts stocking bread and condiments. I finally asked really loudly if anyone had helped the first family in line and they said no. The subway person just ignored me. I said really loudly is anyone working the front we’d all like to order and he says no I’m filling everything up. Seriously…. Great customer service.

First person on the assembly line, got to the part where they ask about veggies, I asked for spinach. Girl promptly grabs onions and starts putting them on my sandwich while looking in another direction. I'm repeating "not onions! Not onions! Not onions!" Several times before finally having to yell HELLO! real loud to get her attention, then she wants to look at me crazy for getting loud. Well, sweetie, if you paid attention in the first place, it wouldn't have happened. I'm allergic to onions. Then the second guy grabs a visibly dirty knife (the one he used for the customer before me) to fold my sandwich. When I said something about it, he said he was just trying to be fast.

Wow, accidentally ordered from this one on the subway app. We will NOT be back. The store was out of half the menu items and the staff had to try to please customers with minimum ingredients. Sorry but we will order else where. No black pepper!! Seriously?

Upon walking into the establishment I realize this place was very clean. The customer service was phenomenal. the sandwich was fresh as fresh could be. Being able to enjoy my sandwich and watch outside instead of being home and watching the walls.. This subway has never tasted any better Than this day i had it again... Same sandwich for 12 years The flavor always catches me off guard But WOW 😱 What an experience again to be able to dine out and enjoy a meal. Thank you SUBWAY!!

Ordered 3 days ago online for delivery and upgraded my sandwich to a meal. They didn't deliver my drink so I reached out through customer service channels. Not only do they not offer a way to directly make a complaint or inquiry about something being wrong with your order like other delivery services do, but they also apparently ghost you after apologizing and saying they will fix it by giving you the drink you ordered. Here I am 3 days later still no drink and no response from them on how to move forward with the drink replacement. Disappointed and I will go back to not using Subway. I will remain a fire house subs customer instead.
