We came to this place, waited 17 minutes for someone to come and take our order. The three employees were busy working on two orders at the drive-thru the whole time we were waiting. We were completely ignored, at the minute 15 some from the back told us its going to take longer due to the drive thru you can see the photo. Two cars … we left the place

Pricing has really gone up from the days long ago. So their meals are a little spendy from what they use to be, but compared to the place on Veteran's this location's food is a lot better I think. Last time I paid them a visit the food was ready to go. However this might also be a mileage will vary situation as I've gone here in the past and they've had me wait 20 minutes. I think I could blame the lack of personnel in these crazy times so I try to be forgiving on those short comings with any business .

Rudest most unprofessional eating establishment in Texas. Ordered 2 # 6s and a 3 piece nugget. We were asked to pull forward and someone would bring out the Order. 26 mins later I back up to the window and the guy gives us the deer In the headlights look 😒😒 Ask for the Managing Partners phone number and the Seahag at window refused to give it out. Stay AWAY from this trash place

Super long wait and a female drive thru employee admitted lying that she was saying there's a 30 minute wait just to see who would all leave but she said everyone was willing to wait. She said she was doing this because they were short staffed. This is not right in alot of ways. Hopefully this location can hire more employees or have more employees show up to work to prevent their coworkers from being over worked. As far as the quality of the chicken, the crispy was way too dry and the legs are very small. The original style chicken looked like someone picked tons of the breading off because of it clearly had been the bottom of the batch. This location needs improvement.

So I just had to drive back to Harker Heights KFC “3” times because they couldn’t get my order correct. And then tried to explain these wings they gave me looking like I bought them to feed an animal The the little manager guy didn’t even try to fix the issue. I will be calling corporate first thing Monday morning. This is ridiculous
