Stopped in off Exit 5 on 95 in SC for a quick bite before we got back on 95 to fight the bumper to bumper back from Christmas traffic heading South. First the employees are top notch, positive and hard working. When we placed our order we were advised that they have run out of Fries 🍟...how is that possible??? Well they offered the Onion Rings which were a nice change and well made. The Double Bacon Cheeseburger was good as were the 2 for $5 Whoppers with extra onion. So why 4 🌟? Restrooms and eating area needed attention really bad. Now they were slammed with customers so much so that they had to lock the doors preventing more people from entering the restaurant so I can give them a break but it still affects the overall rating. Parking is ok but crossover to lanes heading back to I95 can be a real challenge when traffic is heavy. We will stop again and so should you but not if you are COVID super worried as some employees did not wear them and no tables were cleaned after each guest.

Don't do it. Believe the reviews. The biggest issue that I had was that I don't believe a single person in the restaurant knew what safe serve was. Don't do it believe the reviews. I bet you're still thinking.. oh it can't be that bad, even if it is that bad, I still get my whopper. Don't. Do. It.

I’ve ate here a dozen times and it is not because of the service Its none other than lack of choices that are in the area. I ordered two whoppers along with the rest of my meal when I got to the window they were not in the bag nor were they on the receipt so I said can you go ahead and charge me for them and put them in the back they said I would have to circle the building and get back in line. The line was five cars deep in already took me 20 minutes to get through it and they want me to get back in line because they screwed up.

I wish I could review different shifts instead of a negative review for the whole restaurant. Been there before and had great service. Rude little window cashier working at 220 pm on 9-6-20. Had to leave without any food bc they were out of most of what I wanted and wouldn't accommodate any substitutions or provide other options.
