We took our Mom here for her birthday. We love their little store. Great service but our food was super cold and underwhelming. I've never been disappointed in cracker barrel until that day. That being said, my Mom said her meal was great! The server was fantastic and she even brought my Mom a comp chocolate cake for dessert.

Fried catfish with pintos and mac & cheese were excellent. They even served chow chow and fresh onion with the beans. Plenty of hot biscuits with butter and jelly. Three of seven in our party ordered the turkey and dressing special. It was large and looked very good. I even commented "that looks like Thanksgiving!"

My wife and I are in the area visiting from NY. This Cracker Barrel was close to our Hotel. We had never been to one before. We thought Southern comfort food. We were very happy with our choice. Waitress was very young and very attentive, she was very polite and very helpful with explaining the menu. We both went with Southern fried chicken and were very happy with the choice. I had dumplings and cooked apples as a side. Very good, something we don’t see up North. On the way out we browsed the store. Overall good solid dinner.

Did curbside pickup using app. After waiting outside for 20 minutes I called and was told the check in part of the app didn't work. So they couldn't just look out the door when the order was ready? Also got chicken fried steak and it didn't have any gravy on it. And they were not busy.

Our waitress Mary was excellent. Food was great and the price is very reasonable for what you get. The wait for the table was long but expected, lots to look at plus the inviting atmosphere made it worthwhile.

The gift shop was the best part. Cracker Barrel always has great items to purchase. I love getting the different sizes and designs in their tote bags. Our server was not very attentive to us at this location, however. She did not pay attention to us getting low on drinks and did not check on us often enough. I wasn't all that happy with my meal but my husband enjoyed his. We will not be returning to this particular Cracker Barrel in the future. It's off the main road...plus, we were just passing through on the way home.
