Dunkin'

Whoever was working at the intercom January 22nd at 6am was very rude. I had a big order so I went early enough so I can beat the am rush so no one gets overwhelmed. I started to tell the woman my order and she informed me I need to go inside for an order like that so I said okay I’ll go in. Before I drove off she said “what’s wrong with people” probably thinking her mic was off or I already drove off. I drove off and went to another location. I have been there, working in retail and food industry is not easy but still.

This place just keeps going more and more downhill. I'm used to there being slow service or a mess-up here and there, but I have not had ONE good experience here in the past 2 months!!! I usually come here after work to get a drink or a bagel, but that will NOT be happening anymore!! I understand that it's mainly teenagers working here for their first job, so I've always been patient and understanding. But they somehow manage to screw up every single order. REALLY?? It's like they aren't even being trained, and Dunkin is hiring ANYBODY out of desperation. Disgraceful. I've had a decent experience before, when we had other workers, but ever since this new boy started taking my order, it gets messed up. I usually order an iced caramel mocha. Popular drink, so I didn't think it was too hard to make. But every single time I've gotten it, it's been messed up. Too much flavor, no flavor at all, unblended, no ice, watered down, etc. Is this place even being managed? I'm not the only one who's had issues here either. Almost all of the people I know who have gone here agree that the service is horrible and the workers are immature and don't seem to care at all. It seems like they're only working there to get money without putting in any effort at all. As a loyal customer of 6 years, I am disappointed to say I will NOT be coming here ever again.

This dunks is the worst. Numerous times have ordered something and they fail to listen to directions after repeating them several times to make sure they understand. It’s not that they don’t hear you... they just don’t want to give you what you want the way you want it. Also, just a thought... if I am driving and go to the drive through it’s because I’m avoiding getting out of the car so I can quickly continue my journey... I do not want to pull over or try to put frozen cream cheese on a bagel using a plastic knife while driving... seems pretty basic. You’re already touching the bagel. You’re already stuck in that place for your job... take the extra three seconds! Please put cream cheese on the bagel when I ask or I will bring you my ticket from my accident.

I have Gone here a few times now because I am taking care of my aunt in this area. They have the worst service I have seen. I asked For a Caramel mocha asked for whipped well they didn’t even mix the stuff and added the whipped so since they did that I couldn't Even mix my coffee. The other night also I waited for 3 coffees to be made and it took 20 minutes.

Horrible horrible service... it amazes me that all Dunkin Donuts in Hanson has the worst reviews and the owners DO NOTHING the general manger who I've spoke to on several occasion is rude and is so not custmer friendly and is so quick to pass the buck on yes her managers instead of taking care of the problem and teaching and training properly. Again I qich Dunkin Donuts Corp would step in or better yet go to these dunkin donuts and place a order and see for themselves how horrible the custmer service is...
