Pizza Hut

If I could give it zero stars I would. I worked in the food industry before and whenever I go to a restaurant I expect a clean environment with friendly workers. I got the total opposite. We waited over fifteen minutes to be seated. The waitress was not friendly. Our pizza tasted cold. The cheese was very mushy in our stuff crust pizza. Had to wait 15 mins for a refil on a drink. Charged us for Ranch that came in a packet. When we got our check to check out they only had a credit card/ debit machine in the back as the waitress said. When we were standing waiting I saw the back where the food was cooked, it was completely dirty and not sanitary with me having past experience in food service this place would not pass a health safety environment. I do not feel comfortable coming back to this location, the food was awful, the waitress wasn’t their to check up on us or being helpful, very dirty environment, wait times were terrible, and plates did not look clean. I will never come back to this location

Garlic crust was very flavorful. Though it was a bit flimsy and thin for a hand tossed pizza. Ordered delivery. Ordered 2 blue cheese dip cups. Got 2 ranch cups. I hate ranch! I drove to pizza hut to get my blue cheese cups. I rarely order delivery for this reason. Thought I'd give it another chance.

Took about a hour and ten minutes for delivery, when ordered the site said it would take about 35-40, i get they cant control traffic and various things, but in Hanover nothing is delaying a 5min drive by 30 min. Called about a hour into the wait and was abruptly told it was on the way, felt more like a bother. Once it arrived I'm just glad I own a microwave because it was all room temp at best. Just ridiculous and thankfully Hanover has plenty of pizza options because this place will never be one of them again.

This place needs a interior/exterior facelift for starters because it looks like it's straight out of the early 90's. Also, it seems like no matter how slow it is inside, it takes entirely too long to get our food. Once the food arrives then it's good as usual. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Never visiting again.

Unfreaking believable.. Shame on me for going back, I have ordered a TON of times from this place and tonight was my last. They have screwed up our order literally nearly 90% of the time. I kept saying "whatever not a big deal" finally called the past two times saying "I'm not asking for any compensation I just want the order right please" well tonight my gf is allergic to dairy and I asked for no cheese and her sandwich had cheese on it. Simple request, and just poor execution. What's another customer to pizza Hut? I'm nothing in their pitiful staffs eyes but how unfortunate for our end, I will not be ordering anymore. It's simply a waste of time and money.

My rating used to be maybe a 4 but my family usually goes almost every Wednesday for their buffet and last night the waiter told my friends mom that "we don't tip much." Mind you the buffet is 8.99 (we all got water) and she tipped him $3. 20% tip would have been 1.35 so she gave him more than 30%. All the manager had to say was "sorry I'm sure he didn't mean it." Whether he meant it or not you don't make comments like that to your customers. I'll make sure we don't tip much IF we go back again.
