Sonic Drive-in

Horrible experience!!! Waited in line for 30min because the intercom was not working correctly and/or low staff.... Had to use the bathroom while in the drive through... disgusting. Finally up to order their chrispy chicken sandwich meal w/ Onion rings... "Sorry, no onion rings" For a drink, i wanted a Snickers Blast. " Sorry, Icecream machine is down"...... Why not put a sign up ?????? After waiting 10 more min at the checkout window we finally get our food.... Bread on the chicken sandwich was rock hard!! And the chicken tasted like fish!!!!! Extreamly bad.. went straight into the trashcan The servers were nice just a very bad experience

I would give it no stars if possible since I waited for 30 minutes and left with nothing. Why are you guys not taking peoples orders? I was there for 30 minutes without anyone taking my order. I tried the drive in and drive thru. This is so unacceptable. I don’t usually write bad reviews but this was needed. I work in food service myself and know how hard it can be. However, I’m looking around and only seeing 4 cars in the parking lot, so what is your excuse?? I will never be coming here again.

4 Times with in the past two months I went to this location and 4 times I receive the same answer " Sorry we're out of chili please come back in a hour". The funny thing is I did come back an hour later and received again the same response from the same person not remembering I was just there. When I called them out they just became annoyed asked me to move along if I was gonna be difficult. Obviously who ever is managing this location does not order enough supplies for whatever reason either out of intent or incompetence. From now on I will advise everyone I know not to wait in line wasting their lunch break just to have there favorite menu item not be available.

Easily over a half hour wait in the drive thru, and it wasn’t even crowded. Strike one. Finally get to order, and I literally had to repeat myself at least 12 times, because every time I ordered something, the girl in the window would repeat it back to me wrong...(for example, #19 with bacon, tots and a blackberry ginger ale...she repeats back “did you want fries or tots? And a peach ginger ale? Bacon or sausage?”) Literally took another 5 minutes to order because she wasn’t paying attention to the order at all, only ordered 3 meals as well. Strike two. Finally get to the window, the girl has the biggest attitude ever and acts like I’m an inconvenience to her! I’m sorry you have to work sweetheart, but that’s what most of us do to make it in this world. Strike 3. Never again.

We stop here whenever we need to go to Hanover. I think maybe one time out of the last half dozen, we have actually been able to get the food we wanted. They are either out of a bunch of items, the ice cream machine is broken, or they ‘closed early’. Who the heck closes at 7 pm on a warm Friday night?!
