Hit and miss with their customer service lately. I love the pizza, but on more than one occasion I had to wait almost an hour (on a non weekend) only to have the wrong order. It's a shame because I grew up on this great pizza parlor, and to see the poor customer service slide down the way it has is quite disheartening.

This is for Saturday 9/21/19 this is a venting The only reason we went to this location is because it was on the way. Extremely dirty! Front door handle very dirty, counter was very dusty and sticky. The vents were very dusty/dirty, especially in the kitchen! Food prep counter was very dirty, the gentleman wiped the pizza poker on the door of the oven, very unsanitary. Paint was chipping off the walls. Baseboards dirty. The employees were very unprofessional. The manager was the only one working, she made all the pizzas while the other to yawned and relaxed. Once we complained they were over polite. Will not return!

What is wrong with the staff? Mostly rude, non cognizant, younger people who seem to get off on being horrible to customers. Not only that, but the inside of the store is filthy.. ok roaches
