Fugazzis

If you love filet mignon Fugazzis' filet is is cooked to perfection. Five us went last night, and in fact we all enjoyed our meals tremendously! The wedge salad with added grilled prawns is a large portion, suitable for a main course. The atmosphere at the Hanford location is perfect for a night out.

I think that the problems here are due to being short staffed, but they have been this way for a pretty good while now. It is not worth the price any longer. Our latest trip there was almost a repeat of the one a few months prior to that. We ordered the for two meal. We got our salad in a reasonable time. Our waitress then disappeared for around 20 minutes, our drinks went empty until we flashed another waiter for a refill. We never got the bread until we asked for it about 30 minutes after arriving. Our appetizer beat our meal by about 2 minutes. Our food was warm at best. My baked potato seemed like one from yesterday that had been reheated. Veggies were good. Steak was good, but only warm. We asked for a go box for the steak leftovers. Waitress was not bringing us the dessert.... Until I said we wanted it in a go box as well. So to sum it up.... Bad service, soso meal, $125 price tag for just the food.

The ABSOLUTE worst custom service for a “high end” or any restaurant for that matter. Placed an online order. Was informed via text that it was ready at 7:04pm came at 730pm to collect and waited to be acknowledged then waited some more until the bartender said it was not “put into the system” and is going to be prepared . It’s after 8:25 almost 90 minutes later and I spoke with the manager via a phone call as my husband waited in the restaurant and he proceeded to say it’s not his fault and he only noticed it ten minutes ago. He said they cannot give us a refund or a voucher or a discount but maybe a free piece of dessert ?!?!? This was a $70 meal already paid for online after we’ve both worked all day ! Disgusting really ! In keeping with the poor attitude here in Central Valley . Less than zero customer service !

Stumbled on to this place stying in Hanford for the night. It’s a comfortable classy joint. Has a small bar area that seats maybe 15 and has a cool glass circular room off to the side of the bar. Then there’s the dining area seating too. I ate there 2 nights in a row and the food was excellent. Had the chicken piccata, and balsamic Brussels sprouts then the bacon wrapped scallops and the halibut the next bite. Every dish was excellent and their side papparadelle pasta seemed homemade to me. I'd like to start off with that this place gave me such a hard time trying to find it. The trees were blocking the whole building, but it was definitely worth the search. This place was delicious, off the rip I want to recommend to all the Shrimp Crustini from the appetizer because it is beyond delicious! There food is to die for and you will not be disappointed. And I would like to add that the accent of the place is very nice. I think people would love to have a date here for with the dimmed lights and candle deems a transparent romantic vibe. In addition to them having an ok management of controlling the COVID spread. Now for the improvements that they may want to consider. Walking into the place it was not to busy, but I was standing at the door for quite sometime prior to being seated. About 15 minutes, and I was not put on any sort of waiting list to be seated nor were there anybody in front of me in the line. So managing the people who do come to the door next time will have to be much better. All in all this place is a very nice and I will definitely consider visiting again sometime.
