My family always has a great time here. It's clean, with friendly staff, and the products always look freshly made. They have a lot of room inside and there's also outside setting. It features a drive-thru and you can get ice cream cakes (made to order or ready made) as well as prepacked ice cream. This location also has Dunkin Donuts.

I went in late to pick up a cake for my son and only had one so I got it thought the cake was vanilla but it was a mint chocolate cake took cake back the next day and the manager was very nice and allowed me to exchange the cake without any hassle took good care of me and provided great customer service!

This location is URBAN. I walked up to two teenage workers having a personal conversation that I thought will stop, but it didn't. I stood there looking and listening and was never acknowledged. I finally said excuse me and the ignorant female had an attitude. It is obvious the owner does not care who he or she hires. In addition, they do not have nuts, pineapple topping, or caramel topping. I'm standing in the store writing this review. I just received my receipt and the young lady's name is Alexisia.

Came over to get a banana split, but was told that there were no bananas. So I opted for 2 hotfudge sundaes, and then was told there was no hot fudge! The person taking the order sounded as though she didn't even feel like she wanted to take the order. This was only 5 minutes ago!! Terrible experience! Never returning here again. This place has gone down hill. Baskin Robbins has lost a lot of its great reputation!!😪😪 Please close BR!!! Stick to coffee.....ONLY!!!

Out of waffle cones due to, "high demand for waffle cones" (verbatim). I asked if someone could make more..."The night shift was never taught to make waffle cones...if the lady who makes waffle cones comes in tomorrow, we may have some then." (verbatim) Soooooooo, there is a Manager-on-duty, not to mention employees, not fully trained to adequately perform their jobs. Full access to highly desired menu items and satisfaction patronizing a brand you grew up with and love, shouldn't require luck and tactical planning (I sure hope the Waffle Cone Gatekeeper shows up tomorrow) #waffle cones are life

Never a good experience here. Always either a long drive thru line or half the menu is out of stock. However, my experience today took the cake. We waited in line at least 20 minutes then get to the intercom. It’s dead silence no one even has the courtesy to say, “one moment please”. I honestly thought the intercom might of been broken. I said hello periodically then someone finally said “hold on”. I waited several more minutes until someone said “go head” and gave them my order. Pulled up to the window just for someone to ask, “What did you want again?”. I gave my order again. Pulled off and started eating my ice cream cone only to find what appeared to be an eyelash hair in it. Just nasty!!!
