The service was mid. It took a long time to get our food. The worst part was, we didn’t get our ice cream. Then my sister had to wait a long time to get the ice cream. They gave us our 2 ice creams, and a banana spilt we didn’t even order. So that was fine, a free banana split we didn’t even order that ended up in the garbage when we got home. This place needs some work. But the chicken tenders are SO good! Great food, poor service

I had an awful experience picking up my daughters food at window. Me and my three-year-old daughter was at drive through and as the foreign lady passes me the food, I immediately check the bag and noticed her chicken strips was fresh, so fresh I couldn’t hold in my hands very long and as I reach for her fries they are like room temperate. It’s already hard to feed her what she likes. The fries are the first thing she goes for. We don’t live far at all, but by the time we get home her fries would be no good to eat. I asked the lady if she could give us some fresh fries. She claims they just came up. If the fries just came up they would be extremely hot. “No ma’am they did not I know the difference. Can you give fresh fries please”. She takes the fries back and puts the same fries I just touched back into the fryer and tries to give them back. No ma’am. You keep it. As we go back and forth I asked for my difference back for not taking the fries she gave me $1 cash back (I paid with credit). I drive off and realizes she never gave me my daughters ice cream that comes with her meal. At this point I have to go and take care of my husband that have Covid, so I definitely have to go. I don’t ever want to go back to that location, I’ve had better experiences elsewhere. As far this situation, Dairy Queen should replace the whole order or give out a coupon for the ice cream I never received. This location definitely need attention.

It's okay I guess. DQ's hamburgers used to be good. Now it's like they are pre made, sitting in water on the grill for hours just waiting to be ordered. Rubbery and gross. The large sundaes are more like the old medium. ... I see why the dining room hasn't reopened at this location. We see it's been turned into a stock room.

Awful experience, never have I ever experienced anything like this, I would call myself a regular at Dairy Queen, but perhaps not anymore. The staff was the absolute worst. Two ladies who completely ignored an old lady like me. A girl with some funny hair color and one who stuttered. I finally got to order, a small hot fudge sundae with pecans. Then I receive it after around 30 minutes wait, only to have it melted and look like something my grandkid made. A short Indian woman handed it to me with no interest whatsoever, unbelievable, terrible service.

Worst experience ~ sitting at the drive through we asked if the employee is still there (on the speaker) the RUDE employee responded UNFORTUNATELY! We left of course ~ Dude take yourself somewhere you feel FORTUNATE TO HAVE A JOB!! Sunday 06/12/2022 1:00 pm if the owner sees this he should be fired!

Waited through the drive thru line after the NASCAR race and as we pulled away, we realized we were given fries instead of onion rings (which we'd paid more for). We immediately pulled into a parking space and went in to swap for the correct thing. When we got to the cashier and explained the problem, she asked where we'd gotten them from. We told her drive through and she replied, "I can't help you. You have to go back to the drive thru." EXCUSE ME??? A manager was requested, who made things right. But seriously? Go back thru the drive thru line? You've got to be kidding!

The manager in the drive thru explained that they was training someone new. So, that explained why the customer service wasn't on point, I understood. However. My hubby blizzard was full to the top like my daughters and I blizzard was. We we dissatisfied and disappointed about that.

This is the DIRTIEST Dairy Queen in the world!!! I decided to go in for a change after ordering and found it repulsive. The floor is dingy, the counter were dirty, there was no order in the place. Melted ice cream drops everywhere, just not what I expected from here. I will never go back. Make sure you go inside!!! I'm sure there are roaches here!
