Mcdonald's

Went to the drive thru. There was at least a 15 minute hold up. Not sure why. I ordered burrito meal and 2 additional burritos. Received one order. Handed them my receipt. That I didn't really pay attention to. And the manager (in a rude way) stated I was only charged for one order. I accepted this because the line was already delayed enough. I got home and reviewed the receipt and I was charged for the additional two burritos. Opened the remaining order and the sandwich was incorrect. Receipt showed bacon, egg, cheese biscuit. That's what I ordered, I received a McGriddle. This location was always fast and accurate. Not sure why it was so horrible today. 😞

Every time I go there my order is wrong and you can never get any one on the phone. One day I order surf and turf and I received a chicken sandwich and a fish sandwich. Another time I ordered caramel frappe with no whip topping and why I get mocha and no one answered the phone again. Yes I did do a feedback and no call me back. Please check your bags. I sit in drive thru 10 minutes waiting on ketchup 😩

All I want was a medium fries and a sweet tea. What I received was a lot of attitude...I was polite and even said thank you..The young lady act as if she didn't want to be there... Have some customer service and understanding that you are the one that choose your job. The job didn't come looking for you you want look for it. Come on young people.

Our McDonald's on Semple Farm Road in York County, Virginia is going down, and down more each day. It use to be wonderful. The Mocha Frappe Machine is broken again too. I would also just like to show you what McDonald's advertises as their Crispy Chicken Sandwich, and what I actually got at lunch time today. I was so disappointed. This is only the 2nd time I've had this sandwich- the 1st time was in Nags Head, North Carolina and it was delicious that 1st time. This time...disgusting! So please view the pictures below of what their sandwich is suppose to look like, and what I actually got at noon today! Then you decide if you will go there or not.
