The portion sizes are very small even smaller then the tiny cups. They are using tiny ice cream scoopers and charging full price. The same price for cold stone with way less ice cream. Then my ice cream melted by the time I got home, I believe the temperature range of the freezer not in standards. I never had any issues with cold stone.

I came with my 1 year old and I got him the dolphin themed kids ice cream and he had ONE taste of the hard sprinkles on it and didnt want it. I told the employee that he only had one taste and asked if it can be remade without the sprinkles, the employee told me i have to pay for a new one without sprinkles. So as far as understanding that kids have picky taste buds, they arent very kids friendly on that part.

I ordered the 3 scoop Sundae with Lemon custard old fashion butter pecan and strawberry cheesecake. Carmel cherry heath bar pineapple . I did not order a banana split. I HATE banana and i had a banana in my sundae. And I was asked AND. I wanted what I paid for not a BANANA SUNDAE. She said we can't do that. It was delivered by grubhub. wasted 11.07 for something I could not eat

Working. Which would explain the nearly 50 minute wait to just get to the counter. But I don’t know what their excuse is for their melted, mushy Ice cream that appears to have been sitting in room temperature all day. It also feels as though they are blasting the heat through the store & its 76 degrees outside. An unbearable experience. Will never come to this location again

I pre-paid for a cake on Monday on Friday the price was eight dollars more. Shady business practices and I received no call regarding it.
In addition the frost the way it was frosted when I was charged eight dollars more isn’t terrible looking And unprofessional
I’ve grown up eating Baskin Robbins I just suggest you don’t go to this one
