SERVICE IS TERRIBLE !
First they through all 6 burgers and 4 fries all in one bag bunched up , bread was sooo hard it fell apart soon as I grabbed it , none of the burgers were plain like I asked fries EXTREMELY HARD ! Girl at drive thru needs to be fired and the cooks ! I couldn’t feed my kids this ! Oh and not to mention all the fries were thrown in bottom of bag not in no cups

Been in America 7 years and it was my first time get food from Rallys. That's because I'm not into fast food. My Russian American friend encouraged me and they didn't disappoint my 3 years old and I. Oh we got #9 lol

I decided to try this location once again….Disappointed!! We got two Bufford combos which were Luke warm and soggy the meat Pattie’s were slightly under cooked. 🤢🤮 Disgusting! It took a while for our order which made me think we were getting fresh food! Nope! The only thing that was fresh was the chicken sandwich because we ordered it plain. And to top it off we were missing an item to be charged a grand total of $42?!? Customer service was actually pretty decent this time around.

The staff at this location are always so friendly and professional. The food is always good but the last few times I ate here I got sick afterwards. This was on three separate occasions. I brought my mom here one day as well and she got sick. I won’t give this location less than four stars because of their customer service but Im leaving this review so that an inspection or something can be done. It could be something going on that they’re unaware of.

I wanted to try their apple pies. I bought 6. I ONLY GOT TO EAT ONE.......MY HUSBAND ATE THE OTHER 5!!! No more McDonald's apple pies for us. They were hot and absolutely delicious!!!!!

Went to try the Fry Seasoned Chicken Strips and these jokers were old and tough😕😳😬😳😕😳😬 Had the potential of tasting good but will need to try this fresh! The cashier was wonderful though. Very polite and professional😁👍🏽

Do not waste your time with this place at all. Terrible service, waited in the drive thru line for 20 min just to get to the window for them to tell us they’re “trying” to find someone to make our order, you’re telling me no one is doing their job they want to get paid for? Decided to get a refund and went inside, everyone is standing around doing nothing. If I can give this place no stars I would.

Went today because i haven't had RALLY'S In years so today i think i OVER INDULGED!
soo for mid day i had they're spicy chicken combo with a peach slushy it was amazing all for 4dollars and some change!!
Then later on in the day i went back because i noticed they had my weakness..
FUNNEL CAKE FRIES!!!!!
they were amazing then i toppedit off with a fanta slushy
Will be back service was fast!
