La Frontara Restaurant

First and foremost, the food was crazy fast. I’ve waited in line at a fast food drive through longer than I waited for my entire meal at this restaurant. I ordered the Chimichanga meal and a small dish of Queso. For dessert, Fried Ice Cream. The layout of the restaurant was unusual as you have to walk through this large area before reaching the dining room. Once in the dining room, the kitchen and restrooms are in the back (furthest from the entrance). The Queso was very good, but lacked a spicy heat component. The chips are high quality and very crisp. The chimichangas were small, but tasty. That plate came with lettuce, sour cream, pico de gallo, guacamole, beans, and rice. Lastly, the fried ice cream seemed like it was actually fried. As I like it, the ice cream was hard packed/frozen though it was a small serving. Overall the numbers are like this: taste of the food was an 8/10...not bad. The cleanliness was a 9/10 with the need of some small sweeping efforts. Finally, the cost of the food vs. the value was a little low at 8/10. Overall, thats a 25/30 = 83.33% = B. I would return, but it would not be my very first choice.

Spend 80 dollars. Not worth my money. 12 tacos $36. Dollars tortilla was very dry barely had any meat in it. Tortilla taseted like it was warmed up in the microwave. 2 Tortas were too small for for 10 dollars EACH.. they had more Lettuce than meat one slice of tomatoe. PLATO LOCO $17 dollars rice was very hard (still raw.) Beans had no flavor corn tortillas were hard . Do not recommend eating here. And the rest was a "SURCHARGE". FIRST and last time eating from this place.

Food was fantastic. I was a little worried at first since the front entrance brings you into an empty room but the gentleman at the front counter is very attentive and ushered me to where the restaurant is. I believe they were working on expanding the restaurant when I went so I'd love to see how that turns out. Service was great, food was great. Would definitely go again.

Very reasonably priced, service was good, food was excellent. Giving a 4 star based on the interior of the building. The main entrance could be a little more inviting, its bare and makes you feel like you probably shouldn't be there. Overall, once you get past the main entrance very good place to eat, I highly recommend.
