I've eaten here before and the food was always good. But today, the food was bland and watered down (the bowl was actually half full of water). Don't know if they're trying to keep food costs down or have a new cook. In either case it'll probably be awhile before I return.

3 stars for my neutrality, since I have never eaten here before. I just wanted to chime in after reading a few recent unhappy reviews... how 'bout you change your name to "No. 37 Kitchen" ??! That way your customers won't feel so disappointed in you!

Food was fast and hot, but the veggie lo mein was so greasy and tasted bad, the orange chicken was chewy and tasted gross, and the veggie spring rolls come with shrimp and were soggy. I’ve tried ordering on several occasions hoping it would be better, but it never is.

White rice NOT fresh and far from restaurant quality today at lunchtime. Tso chicken the chef did not make spicy like I said twice 2x. Egg roll and food too much fermentation flavor like old sauce. I called back after I bit into the egg roll. a cook answered and I told himthey use too much fish/oyster sauce. That took 5 minutes to convey
I asked for extra spicy, and there was no heat in the meal at all. ....If I want to taste fermented fish flavor all up the general tso I will go to the seafood dealer next to the 7-11 and ask for a shot glass of juice from the bottom of the ice chest to marinade the chicken in. With chicken you chew for over 1 minute. The flavor notes of fish spitting the dry chicken shreds out after chewing the fast- wok with careless undercooked, under developed sauce. After trying their food and writing this. my mouth still tastes like I have held a scaly fish from a lake in it. Like I said, I wanted to toss my food back in the wok and fix it, but the damage was already done. Waste of even using some Foujian hard wood chop stix.

My family has been going here since the 90's. Beef and broccoli, chicken and broccoli, chicken teriyaki appetizer, sweet and sour chicken and egg rolls are fantastic. Haven't tried much else on the menu, but never had a bad experience with my favorites. Better than the P.F. Chang's restaurant I tried a few weeks ago. And way cheaper.

The general tso chicken had a bland, sweet burnt taste, no other flavor. The pork fried rice was bland. The egg drop soup was oddly thick, like oil.. I wouldn't recommend.

I really use to like the General Tso Chicken but was very disappointed. Rice had no flavor. Chicken tasted old and dry. One piece tasted burnt.

It’s so bad. Like unedible and flavorless. Even the steamed rice was bad. It was somehow dry and mushy at the same time. The chicken was over cooked and covered in sauce that somehow tasted like nothing. It would not eat or order from here. It a waste of money tbh.
