The last time I went I watched 14 cars go through the drive through without a hitch before we got our order & I'm sorry to say this but we only ordered drinks. It's took over 30 minutes to get drinks.
And the employee who brought out our drinks was very rude!

I don't even know where to start with this one... The lady at the ordering board was rude and impatient (mind you I waited for about 3 minutes to even get my order taken.) When I ordered my ONE vanilla milkshake, it took them 10 minutes! And on top of that, I didn't even get the milkshake, I told them I want my money back and it took another 5 minutes for them to even acknowledge the fact that I asked for my money back... If you're looking for a decent place to eat, this is not it. Go somewhere else.

This is the best sonic I've ever been to. We had the opportunity to meet the owner and she is training her staff to be polite and efficient. ChikfilA you have some real competition. This Sonic is not playing around when it comes to ALL the things that keep customers coming back.

This place on Mercury boulevard I will not visit again due to the fact when I got to the window to order no one could suggest what was their specials on shakes the lady at the window was pretty rude then what they want to do is they want to park you that particular day they were parking everyone through you order your food or drink at drive thru window your food is ready but I didn't order food that day I only ordered one of their special milkshakes and that wasn't even ready once I got to the window , there was four cars in front of me I will say this though you do not experience this type of service at all at Chick-fil-Aso that place I had to give at least a star to leave a message but the service was very poor

Currently have been sitting in line for a simple burger and fries and have been waiting for half an hour. Meanwhile everyone else after me (8 cars) has been served. Ridiculous!

The food tasted like old grease. Everything was horrible, even the drinks. One combo was missing from our order, and we didn't know until it was too late to turn around. I wouldn't recommend it at all.

So my husband and I both got the same thing but I didn't get the bun. I confused them so bad with my order but they were so nice and they got my order exactly how I asked. I really enjoy this location.
