Not only was the wait time much longer than it should have been, but I could see the girl in the back playing with her cell phone right before making my food. Disgusting! Her phone was kept on the food prep surface. I should have informed the manager, but I was just passing through town and wanted to get out of there. Hopefully they see this post and correct the issue!

The staff was very helpful. The restroom was very clean. I love this place. The coffee is really good it can wake you up . After a few hrs of driving. I really stop to used the restroom but the staff was so nice we sat down and had a nice meal. I want to say thank you to the staff for always being so nice!!

The bathroom here had absolutely no toilet paper, literally 0 for 4 here. So not only did I have to waddle up front and ask for toilet paper, they forgot multiple items in our order and didn’t call anything out by it’s number so nobody knew which food was meant to be for them. I know they’re understaffed though so they’re probably exhausted.

EXTREMELY SLOW!
1 burger, 1 fry, and 1 drink that I got myself over 25 minutes 🤨☹️
Only 1 other person who had already ordered in the restaurant. No one at register,🧐 had to wait for someone to finally appear. After waiting way too long. The guy DROPS MY BURGER on the floor and had to start all over.😳🤯😖🥴
I will say this though. He. DID CHANGE HIS GLOVES after he picked it up off the floor 😊
However, this was SUPPOSE to be a quick stop.

The only McDonald's I go to around here. Food is satisfactory 8.5/10 times. Staff is always friendly. Wait times are usually next to none with the odd long experience here or there.

I have to always remind myself, family and friends to always check the items you've ordered,there's always missing fron the item you pay for, in any branch. Because it happens to us plenty of times unfortunately.I still give 3 stars inspite of this. Due to some workers are accomodating even they are short staff.Thank you.

I really thought the mobile app was to save waiting time. Every single time I use it , I have been waiting at least 5 min or more. Even if It's a large cup of coffee .Smh. All I've done is given McDonald's access to my credit card
