Dunkin'

My husband went there to order me and my daughter some drinks and we had to show them a picture of the one drink that’s on their menu and my drink the coffee taste burnt worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. The drinks come with whip cream and it looks like all they did was one little squirt they didn’t even put the chocolate on top of the one. I will not be going back to this Dunkin’ Donuts ever again. I have tried to give them a chance after chance and it’s just not working out for me. Good luck to everyone else have a great day.

I ordered door dash through them a few times. But, these last few times they have gotten my order wrong. I can't have dairy products, yet my sandwich had cheese on it twice. The last time I ordered about 2 weeks ago, it took almost 2 hours to arrive, and when I asked for a refund because my sandwich had cheese on it again, they chose not to refund me. When I spoke to an associate on the phone, they were less than interested in assisting me. So. They lost my service.
