I love Dunkin donuts I'm definitely a lawyer customer the gentleman Noah, that was there I had a big order he got everything right very polite very accommodating great customer service.

Service service services. The employees at this location are polite and attentive. If they had a drive thru it would be my only Dunkin stop.

I ordered over the app and then headed to this location. When we arrived there was only one or two employees who looked a little overwhelmed. They did everything they could to help everyone who was in the store and I feel like they did an excellent job.
Our mobile order was down by one drink; however they noticed it before I did. They tag teamed the order and off I went as happy as can be.

The worst customer service. Many employees behind the counter and not one said “sorry we will get to you after this” basically they didn’t acknowledge anyone waiting in line. After so much waiting we decided to leave and have zero intentions of coming back to this location — I do not recommend this Dunkin’ to anyone!

Disappointed, store was empty and employees not paying attention talking about other customers. I ordered one coffee after repeating my order numerous times because employe kept laughing it was still completely wrong. As I complain about my coffee another customer walks in complaining about her order being wrong as well I walked out without my coffee after that.
