One of the worst customer services ever . Ordered through grub hub bc it was free delivery estimated time on grub hub was 25-30 mins . Took hour and half to arrive . I called to ask where it was at the hour mark said it was coming . Once it arrived, i was missing fries and sandwich wasn’t that good. Salad was ok. Called grub hub to complain about wait time and missing items . They called jjs to talk to manager who then called me. I didn’t want the fries at that point just a refund and manager said he wasn’t going to charge me for any of the Order and wanted me to give him a second try and would give me 20$ credit on next order . I asked how would i get that he said just write It in comments on grub hub . I said ok . And days go by and i never got a refund . Called grub hub again who called them and the manager denied the refund ..????. Redic and i reaches out on fb messenger and only response i got was go through grub hub . So that was all a lie never got refunded read several other reviews online and seems like the norm at this place . Horrible . Never going back Don’t waste your time !

Food took over an hour to get here it was cold. They couldn't find the house then gave me the wrong pizza and charged full price and then offered to bring free pizza then we never got that nobody showed up and never gave us our money back or anything. They constantly kept saying delivery man had just left over an hour after we had first called to complain

Horrible experience. First the order was 40 minutes later than they said. Then pizza was not what we ordered. They apologized and he was sending the right pizza and a xlarge one. That was an hour and a half ago. Still waiting,called twice after 40 mins and every time they said he just left.... order pizza at 6 and still waiting....bad bad service.🖕

This was my first time ordering from this place and I really wish I picked a different place to get food from. I ordered food at 11:00 and have been waiting over an hour and a half for my food to be delivered and no one showed up. I don’t know if the hours posted for this place are inaccurate or what but it says they close at 12:30 which means they have plenty of time to make one order of pasta. I called three times and not once did anyone pick up the phone. I live no more than 10 minutes away from this place so there’s no reason for me not to have my food right now. This was a big waste of time and money. If you’re thinking of ordering from here don’t lol it’s not worth it.
