Mcdonald's

I went to the McDonald’s at 1729 Massey BLVD in Hagerstown this morning and they made my wrong order refused to resolve the issue. Manager yelled at me and informed her employee that realized it was made wrong to wipe down tables and also informed the other employers not to make me anything. They also insulted and belittled me by calling the cops on me because I stated I refused to leave the worst experience I have had in my life

We were just at the Berkeley Springs WV McDonald's and as usual the service was terrible! Sat in line for 20 minutes for a large diet coke. Finally got to the front window and the girl insisted on giving us someone else's order! Had to tell her twice IT WAS NOT OURS!! ALL EE ORDERED WAS A LARGE DIET COKE!!! Girl quit there in February to work with me. Said Stan and Sandy were awful to work for. Said they pay lousy. Their fryers were broke, nothing worked and they were too tight to fix the equipment they needed to work!!!! With all their bad reviews you'd think they would clean up their act!!!

I ordered a medium vanilla iced coffee from the McDonald’s location on Washington St. in Charles Town, WV. I took a drink and got a coffee ground in my throat. I looked at the bottom of the cup, and there were lots of grounds. I turned around to get a refund because I do not trust them to get another coffee, and the lady at the window gave my husband money for the drink. He asked her if she wanted the drink or the receipt, she slammed the window in his face. She was very rude. Upon further inspection of the coffee that was sitting in the cup holder, a fly floated to the top of the drink. It is truly disgusting that this establishment does not take more pride in the their products.

Read reviews of this McDonald's and found a few that said the food came out cold.....well they weren't wrong. Ordered 4 cheeseburgers and two drinks. Went to fill our drink cups and found one of the drink stations was out of order. The one that was working had 6 cups of fruit punch sitting in front of it. The guy behind the counter said they were for the drive thru because that drink station was also out of order. Filled my cup with Sprite and all I got was carbonated water. When our burgers came out they weren't even hot enough to melt the cheese on them and the buns were burnt. When I return to the counter to return the burgers the manager never spoke a word to me. I tried to tell the other employee that there was something wrong with the holding drawer because it wasn't keeping the burgers hot, he turned his back on me and walked away. Probably will not come back to this McDonald's again.

Wish I could give zero stars!! Went there for breakfast today, got totally ignored ordered from the self ordering board because nobody would help us they literally looked at us and ignored us!! Waited 20 minutes on our food with nobody even saying so much as hello!! Finally my husband went to the counter to ask about our food they asked what our number was and my husband said I dont know I forgot because I waited so long!! The manager yelled at him and said I'm the only one here!! Not even an apology!! And I ordered a bacon egg cheese biscuit and it didnt have egg on it and the bacon was badly burnt and they forgot my drink, apparently there was someone in the back that told the manager that she wasnt going to work yet even though on the clock. Worst McDonald's ever worst management he had no control!! Rudest employees ever!! Dont waist your time or money!!!!
