Five Guys

The food was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The staff deserve 5 stars, but the food only deserves (at most) 2 stars. This was our first (and will be only) experience at Five Guys. The prices are steep for what you get and the quality of the food does not justify the price gouging. Everything is priced individually and overpriced from the get go. If you want a $9+ bacon cheeseburger, go to Texas Roadhouse; You'll get a quality cheeseburger with the fries included you'll still get the peanuts to munch on plus you'll get rolls too. If you want the same quality cheeseburger as Five Guys, just go to Burger King and get the meal; It will save you a little money and you'll get fries and a drink included.

Very good and fresh burgers. Beware when you are ordering...they have "regular" size and "little". The "regular" is a double quarter pound burger and the "little" is just one burger. I made this mistake a few times at this restaurant by saying I wanted a regular cheeseburger, meaning that I just wanted a single. Same thing with the fries.

The place was empty but still took 15 minutes to get my food. The fries were cold and soggy like the oil wasn't hot enough. This was 6:30 in the evening. For how much it costs (over $12 for small cheeseburger small fry and small drink) I expected more. I know I'm comparing apples and oranges here but I could have eaten at Golden Corral and had all you can eat for less.

I LOVE Five Guys burgers. Like.... LOVE, love. And this particular location is FANTASTIC!! It's soooo clean, the staff are extremely friendly, and the service is quick, even though it's not REALLY a fast food restaurant. The food here is always, ALWAYS fresh.. but the truly best thing about it(other than the amazing burgers, obviously!) is the the service! The employees here seem so happy and seem to get along with each other really well, which, if you have ever worked on any kind of team-ESPECIALLY food service- you know this makes ALL the difference! I am always impressed with the wonderful patience, kindness, sense of humour, professionalism, speed, enthusiasm, more positive superlatives than I could ever say! It's really that excellent of a team. I SOOOOO wish the prices were more reasonable, though!! That isn't this store's fault of course but I'd go there a lot more often if it wasn't SO expensive! Otherwise, a great location to stop by!! Don't miss it! ! Xo
