China King

I have been going to China king for years and years. And I have never been treated so rude as what I was the other day the woman hung up on me and then I was told that my food would be ready in 10 minutes I waited about 15 or 20 Before I went to pick it up. And as I waited in line I went on and paid the lady. She was extremely rude. Good. And she started waiting on someone else I said excuse me I don't have my food yet she said well it's not done yet. I said OK well then could I please get a receipt she said NO we don't give receipts to people who pay cash. The gentleman that took my order over the phone came out to me about 5 or 10 minutes later and ask me what was I waiting for I told him I had ordered some soup and he went in the back and brought it straight out. That was ridiculous I had to wait almost an hour for a bowl of soup because the woman was so rude and I mentioned it to the supervisor and he totally he totally dismissed it. Read it I guess hes so hard up for help he don't care how people treat their customers. I used to be a customer. But I'm gonna tell everybody I know about the treatment that I received and gonna put it on Facebook too.

Called back because nothing on the menu explained types of Vegis I each dish because all of them ate different mor that i person in household is allergic to mushrooms took food back wanted general tsos with shrimp fried rice and wouldn't give us shrimp fried rice with new order because they said we ate the 1 count it 1 piece of fake lobster so we lost out on money and were very disrespected when they hung up on us twice
